"Theres a similar initiative happening in the DR Congo to digitalize our healthcare system. The project is being led by ANICNS (Agence Nationale de lIngnierie Clinique). They even introduced a Visa health card similar to the Carte Vitale in France that is supposed to store and digitalize every patients medical records.
