The main problem with not having variety though is that you will lack micronutrients potentially have digestive issues on a long enough timeline poorer bloodwork and a problem with adherence due to monotony/not palatable enough of foods. If your budget and time allows: - use different healthy carb sources - use different healthy protein sources - add fruits one with digestive enzymes - add vegetables - add a probiotic"
