"Blobs are basically free right now (1 wei) because there is no floor cost for posting them. Fusaka includes EIP-7918 to introduce a floor price - but realistically idt this will be a big enough increase to be meaningful for $ETH the asset immediately. But over time more L2s + more blobs per block + higher fees per blob will likely result in a more meaningful increase. To me (apart from flawed pricing) this feels like it's working as intended. i.e. from Lighter's POV: they get L1 security guarantees for very cheap easy interop with other L2s familiar UX for users. It feels very hard to beat"
