I was investigating for a friend what happened to $iETH that they staked on @dinero_xyz on Ink and their discord's verification kicked me out to a malicious copycat of @guildxyz and I missed it. But I was multitasking and when the malicious approve popped up I clicked it. then right away knew it was a mistake but couldn't revoke in time.
