"Spot equities markets moving to 24/7 trading is great for Perp DEXes. Right now when trading equity perps there exists an inventory risk when markets close for trading. If one synthetic market is live and the true spot market is closed you arent able to safely hedge and provide liquidity. Current implementations (including ours) utilize some sort of clamp that prevents the perps market price from deviating too far when the spot markets are closed. Notably this isnt the case for crypto markets which trade 24/7. When 24/7 trading goes live for spot equities we wont need this clamp anymore."
