Since legalization in Canada Canopy has quite literally lost more money than it earned in Revenue. Think about that. It's been XX years since Trudeau got elected on the legalization platform. If they just lit the money on fire they would have lost less. Revenues are down XX% since '21 and they are STILL losing close to $X for every $X they sell. Then I pulled it up post market and noticed that they had another filing in addition to earnings. Sorry retail shareholders but it turns out the $198m of common stock they sold under the former prospectus was not enough and that they are looking to sell an additional $52m worth of shares. The most interesting part to me is that their JV partner who owns a piece of their Double Diamond facility wants to get in on that action. They"

"$TLRY $MSOS $CBWTF To follow up on this after Tilray's most recent earnings. Revenue was up $9.5m or XXX% YoY though Gross Profit was down ($2.2m) or (3.7%) YoY. The big change was the large drop in Amortization after the write down of their Intangible assets which lowered expenses by $17.8m This allowed them to put up a positive Operating Income though they needed a ($15m) change in Fair Value of contingent considerations to get there.
