"PF is a different concept it is fill it forget it and not withdraw it before your retirement or urgent needs because there will be no income source and no social security from govt in old age. Also most people have a habit of spending money if they see it in their account or spend it on their kids who may forget them once they settle in their lives leaving old people at their children's mercy or no financial support at all.
