"The problem is only being verified on chain does not make them NFT's. You see Immutable/StarkEx validium architecture was originally built for the IMX marketplace and third party NFT marketplaces built on IMX. Where token fungibility is not the concern. They were building zk-rollup architecture for NFT projects. However they never actually finished building the zk-rollup architecture due to ongoing technical issues. So instead they began developing the zk-EVM solution on Polygon.
