"Super early GM everyone I slept X hours today. Thats what @WHOOP told me to do time to fix my sleep schedule. Yeah there might be doubts or questions about the amount of sleep but for now Im sticking strictly to whoops recommendations. I also ran a deeper breakdown through ChatGPT and it actually all makes sense. The idea is simple: right now the goal is to reset and stabilize my sleep routine.
