It happened before with the Challenger disaster Thiokol the manufacturer of the Boosters warned against launching because the O-rings were getting stiff and taking too long to respond. NASA managers OVERRODE Thiokols warnings because as Administrator Duffy is doing now they were blinded by a childish desire to launch as soon as possible. Overriding Thiokol killed X astronauts overriding SpaceX endangers the Artemis X commander & pilot. @POTUS must hold NASA leadership"
