Turns out that it was trying to send a token that was non transferrable. Something that we use internally as a heartbeat token but nothing that is public facing. It was also labelling "wallet" as "from" in the code which was being rejected. After asking it to add a few quality of life changes to the mix it returned back to me a fully functional dapp that can create an account mint a token and send that token to another address"
