"@geebeeigwt I wouldnt say sure shot bradycardia. Agreed Precedex causes more but maybe lower than you think Ex. per MIDEX-PRODEX trial: Bradycardia in Dex vs Midaz (35/247 XXXX% vs 13/250 5.2%; P.001). Weigh that risk against BZDs risk of delirium prolonged ventilation etc"
