"AppDev posts in escalations Teams channel. Needs a K8s pod cycled. Wouldn't be a problem if the API app didn't randomly quit working without a code fix. Couple thread bumps and outreach DMs. Teams never wakes me up which is why we have Splunk On-Call. Failure to use on-call platform now leads to AppDev coming up to my in-office co-worker and staring at him while he is in a meeting. They kept this up until he cycled the pod. Unbelievable.
