"On one hand prompt engineering mostly doesn't help any more (context engineering does but not most prompt variations). On the other just telling models to output ideas with corresponding probabilities and sample from the full distribution weirdly does improve creativity"

"Finally got Slack to talk to ChatGPT but wow very messy. First turning it on in admin panel didn't actually turn it on. Then installing it required a link to a link to a link. Then and this is a big one YOU CAN'T ACTIVATE IT IF YOU HAVE THE DESKTOP APP The latter is because when you click the link it's supposed to go to the connectors setting for Slack. But if you have the desktop app installed it tries to go there and it doesn't open. Nothing happens. So anyone who wanted this has to delete their desktop app install the Slack connection then reinstall the desktop app. I love how fast OpenAI"

The AI will be proactively trying to understand what will make you happy but also what will help you better achieve your goals. You might not even state it explicitly. It's already happening. It thinks about what you might want then tries to bring you that info advice instructions etc"
