False Not only can scandium be supplied outside of China but the US doesnt need China for scandium. We learned that a one project in the Philippines can support up to XX% of current world demand. The U.S. government has now committed to pouring tens of millions into the Australian miner Sunrise Energy Metals (who has far better scandium grades than $METC). We dont see why the federal government would waste a dime on this project when they have already put money into other better"

Given the opaque market for scandium we spoke with someone familiar with a recent proposed deal for scandium oxide produced outside of China that couldnt even find a buyer at $700/kg.
