In my experience working in a studio that has secured funding from a publisher when the money runs out so does the work. Unfortunately we live in this world of now having to get money for everything. The fact of the matter is that the contract is between Bloober & Konami and if the game is serviceable at the point of delivery then I think thats where it ends. Bloober would have to work out of pocket on it & then submit to Konami anyway"
