"College football was setup for years before NIL for every team outside the top XX programs to fail. And most often those others did fail. Thats why a Boise or UCF popping up felt so special. Fans are more commonly bandwagon of big programs in CFB than other sports because they want to see winning and winning was only possible with those 10-12 schools. With NIL the scales have evened for many schools vs the Bamas UGAs NDs OSUs etc. Those fans dont like that and get angry. The average CFB fan is a bandwagon of a big school so the answer is no they dont want parity"
