This mother decided to go tell him that is not ok but where is his parents. What would you do and would you say something to whoever is with the boy We have an issue with human decency in this country. This woman is either passed out from drug use or a medical episode. These young men thought it would be funny to mess with her and put something in her mouth. This is just sad and it seems there is nobody around to help."
