"I didnt say that at all. What I said was that Im personally not expecting a $SGMO BP Fabry partner anymore. That does not mean I dont expect a Fabry partnership. I still think a different type of Fabry partnership is likely. It might still become a BP deal. I just rather see some sort of financing deal or asset sale. And no they are not in deep financial trouble. Theyre underfinanced and the ATM theyre using right now is an unattractive tool but thats very different from being insolvent or in structural danger.
