"Joe could you please help me understand why @saylor or any company maintaining Bitcoin as a treasury asset would not allocate a designated portion of the capital raised through their At-The-Market offerings to place buy orders at levels X% XX% XX% and similar percentages below the current spot price specifically for events such as the one that occurred last Friday It seems to me it would be a prudent risk mitigation tactic and would ensure the maximum BTC per Share for the shareholders. "I dont have an issue holding or even adding been around for a minute in Strategy. My issue is why he cant get better buys. 1st principle for them Is to maximize BTC per share no Im mean no news on last Fridays dip instead we get 500ish (I think) at $123k. Doesnt appear like that was a max ratio buy. Different issue than above but still starting to make me start asking questions"
