"Matt Freese is rightly the #1 right now. There is no good reason he should play XX in a row when were trying to sort out who our best option is and hes not levels beyond anyone else. That brings up the question of who could replace him. The current U-19 coach is Rob Valentino. Theoretically he could move up and has a decent resume (including interim head coaching experience in MLS for someone who is only 39). Other candidates include Marlon LeBlanc and Shaun Tsakiris.
