"So this $EA deal. Silverlake paying 19x FWD EBITDA vs. $ATVI bought out for 20x at announcement which trickled down to 18x by deal closure. Revenue has been growing MSD+ with the vast majority of it made up of the EA Sports franchises (it's about 66%. XX% coming from FIFA and Madden alone). Op. Margins at XX% vs. $ATVI was closer to XX% at time of takeout. $ATVI owned their IP though vs. $EA which has to pay licensing fees. However ATVI was kind of troughing on a weak CoD release and slow Blizzard release schedule. Let's say they can grow X% annually while getting margins from XX% to 40%"
