"They dont need Lyft. If I were Tesla I would hyper focus on getting the ride share app done and trying to get a robotaxi service out by mid [----] in a city or two. There are several ways they can do this imo. One way would be allow people much like uber to use their Teslas with the new ride share app as robotaxis under supervision with FSD. To join the network you must use FSD when giving rides. The other option is go full robotaxi which I think they are close but still not 100% ready for. I thing having a hybrid between Waymo/uber would be a great start until your intervention rate gets where"
