One is located at the end of the AirPods stem and the other is inside the case. for charging the metal tip on the stem and the small contacts inside the case need clean metal-to-metal contact dirt ear wax pocket lint or skin oil can sometimes prevent that contact so my advice to everyone is not only clean the ear tip that goes into your ear but also to wipe the bottom part of the AirPods stem with a cloth or smt. thank you so much Tim Apple https://t.co/1woTYHu8K8 thank"
