That's not a serious source and does not justify headlines like from JPost which says "Israel agrees to fund the Gaza reconstruction". I'm pretty sure that no Israeli political party which wants to stay relevant will agree to fund the Aza reconstruction and hand it over to Hamas and accept Turkish occupation. In any case Israel must become sovereign"
