"you're setting the bar extremely low for yourself considering Japan is out of Rice and they are importing about XX% below their record so yeah sure they'll buy more. But realize Japanese rice imports are governed by the WTO and are incredibly politically sensitive. Not to mention "not all rice is the same." but they have shown to buy over 400k/yr and are currently below that. But I'd also love to bet you that Bangladesh will be buying 700tmt of wheat this year (a record by far) We don't have beef to export to Australia but this was once considered impossible but if we did i'd bet that too.
