"I use a "risk ledger" nowadays in which I get to "spend" risk credit as a currency. Like I have a base amount of R I get to "spend" in a current week / month based on drawdown and only by freeing up risk credit ( taking profits on existing trades / moving stops up) am I allowed to spend more risk credit. Progressive exposure basically handles itself that way you're auto defended when you're losing and you auto press harder when the market proves you right It takes away the decision making of managing risk and makes sure emotion is never involved as you're bound by the spreadsheet rules 😀"
