"I promise you you probably wouldn't wanna work there today either. Royal Mail initially used manpower as a temp agency to find people to help for the Christmas period- no problem getting a job quickly. But now Royal Mail uses a different agency. It's a complete nightmare. The agency staff is somewhere in a different country; they don't even know the difference between the different types of criminal background checks. They told us to get ready for a specific start date then no one came back to us to confirm anything and the people who were placed in a warehouse didn't even get paid for weeks"

"Well let me just point out that a lot of people Royal Mail employs are from African countries or India. While everyone else has to go through a XX page questionnaire online to even be considered other people get hired because they know someone whos working there 😑 Not to mention when they had ladies from India sorting the letters at night but the ladies couldnt read English and sorted everything wrong"
