"The AP Poll is truly a case in demonstrating bias lol. BYU has a higher: SOS SOR FPI Than GT. They beat a Utah team that would beat any of the teams that Tech has beaten (and might beat Tech). Georgia Techs signature win is Clemson (87 in SOR) but because they beat them when people thought Clemson is good they have now been anchored up really high. And this will undoubtedly impact CFP perception. So annoying. When the Big XX cannibalizes itself its the good team wasnt as good when the SEC cannibalizes itself it is look at the depth of this league"

"I'm really not trying to pick on Georgia Tech here but I was struck that Georgia Tech is ranked #7 and BYU is ranked #11. I think this ranking shows the absolutely biased nature of the AP Poll as Georgia Tech is riding the high of beating an incredibly overrated Clemson team. I put together a comparison of both teams' schedule (excl FCS) and listed their opponents by the opponents' SOR FPI and the MOV. I summarize those by the average min and max. I also list some of the metrics for each team respectively at the bottom. There is not ONE single metric in which Georgia Tech is higher than BYU."
