Buy some extra domains & redirect them to main site (to prevent domain reputation on main site) then send cold emails to websites. Can be done with software (use hunter(.)io or other tool for contact data) or with VAs (VAs are slower than automated outreach but we tend to get better results this way imo) 2) link marketplaces - they've done the cold email part for you you just have to vet each link & pay them (with a a markup fee anywhere between 20-100%+ from what I've seen).
