Vivek the CEO and CFO can approve nearly any decision including the election of "independent" directors. They have no need to obtain shareholder approval outside that group. This is why they filed an Information Statement rather than a Proxy Statement--they already had a written consent from the [--] shareholders approving the corporate actions. "Thanks for the thoughts Rodrigo. I don't care much for EV. I was more looking in cash for purposes of $SATA and found that they reported cash within the EV mNAV calculation (which is certainly dated). I don't think Market Cap mNAV tells the whole picture given the pref's senior claims. So it should trade at a discount based on that calculation. It does paint a nice picture if you're trying to say the stock is trading at a discount. I doubt the SMLR assets are worth much. It doesn't make much sense to me that they would be worth more at ASST than they did when they were a stand-alone entity."
