"If wage bill was US$1645m: US$1645m175k=US$9400 per worker pa. That is less than the tax threshold ($1.8m US$11k). Tourism employs around 350k - direct & indirect/full & part-time - so the wage bill alone should be higher. It is clear that the US$4.5b earnings calc is BS"
