"TLDR: Crypto technology used to suck bad but is now really good. My whole morning was spent moving my @DigiDaigaku NFT's from my 7-year old @Ledger Nano to my 4-year old @gridplus which I haven't used at all since getting it because it was clunky AF to use years ago. Basically this started because I was curious to see how much @monad my Ledger addresses got (none) but in turning them on (which I maybe do once a quarter) I saw that the screen was really dark and likely on the brink of failing on me soon. So I pushed aside my X other "good" Nano's I've accumulated over the eyars and dusted off"

"Most people here probably weren't deep into crypto to have experienced it firsthand PTSD and all. That day fucking sucked. True essential crisis for crypto. Friday was like "ya shit's broken and we'll be back soon". But ya it was because of Bitmex 2020 that Friday could be seen as something being broken. I'm guessing lots of these dudes trading on long-term leverage trades weren't around back then and/or had no idea that shit could break and lose you everything"
