Before staking I confirmed with your support team that I needed to stake in the Liquid Staking pool and I did so correctly with the exact amount required for Level X. "Before staking your support team clearly stated that Level X users must stake XX MAT in the Liquid Staking pool to receive both the XX MAT from Season X and the new staking rewards. I followed those instructions exactly staked in the correct pool with the correct amount and met all the eligibility conditions. However during this claim round I only received XXX MAT out of XXXXX MAT total while the rest was locked for XX days thats only about XX% unlocked. Even worse there was no prior announcement about this new 90-day lock rule. Its unreasonable that Level X users are required to stake XX MAT"

"There are several last-minute changes made by the project without any prior announcement to the community. When the staking rule by level was introduced everyone clearly asked whether staking the required amount for their level would allow them to receive both the XX MAT from Season X (out of XXX total) and the new staking rewards. For Level X users the promised rewards were XX MAT from Season X + XXXXX MAT from staking exactly as your support team confirmed before. However without any notice the rules were silently changed when the claim was opened the XX MAT from Season X completely"
