"They practiced unbiblical things thats for sure. There is documentation on them unaliving important and beloved figures but to erase a whole sect (which some evidence suggest the number is around X million) because some became radical Even the Waldensians who Rome mistaken them for Cathars and got slaughtered even more so than how the Church normally sought to eradicate them. The Church had access to the New Testament and a sufficient working judicial system and military that could have handled this situation light years better"
