"Ya it's a risk. since gold is leveraged 10x any overnight XX% fall would wipe out the invested capital. I do keep enough unused margin though to give some cushion. And there's a bit of hope based on gold's status as a de facto safe haven asset across the world that very sudden moves would be far and few"

"Thank you for your kind words :) Regarding diversification ya sure that's one way to deal with risk. another is position sizing. Only bet heavily on something when you're very confident of it. And during times when you're lukewarm about everything just sit on the sidelines. My portfolio was flat for most of this year when nothing was happening and then when I saw a very promising setup I bet heavily on it"
