"I started buying $CEP about six months ago and the shareholder vote to change it to $XXI is coming up soon. The merger plan is later than expected when I bought the stock and the price of CEP is now down XX% from when I bought it. Looking back the three factors that made me decide to buy were: shareholder background CEO and the merged name #XXI. From a fundamental perspective it should be the third largest holder of #BTC but I wasn't too invested at the time; I was more focused on the trend and my personal feelings.
