If I remember SpaceX attempted to upload new flight software to attempt to use the Halon Thrusters to achieve circularization which failed. Remember when comparing flight statistics between 2024 and 2025. Falcon X was grounded for a total of about X weeks in 2024"

"IMO Look for the FCC to maintain the single-channel GIA entry requirement. SpaceX just paid Billions to acquire single-channel GIA spectrum. VZ/T can meet the requirement in Hawaii GIA. Verizon has single channel GIA CONUS in the Upper 700MHz Bands. They should deploy SCS in the CONUS Verizon spectrum. Likewise AST will have access to single channel GIA CONUS via Ligado at some point in the future. Look for the FCC to require company certification of each satellite raised to 690km in order to commence SCS Commercial service"

Think S Band as a final connectivity option for Starlink terminals in rain/fade conditions. Its a huge competitive advantage against Amazon/ OneWeb.
