"Round X of the next #AtmosphericRiver will bring substantial rainfall to the mountains. With up to XX inches over higher terrain by early Tuesday. The freezing level will rise up to 3000M (see 10k feet temp map below) meaning all rain for the mountains which will add to the flooding potential. 1-3 inches generally for the lowlands expected. (Up to 250mm mountains and up to 75mm for lowlands) landslide potential is at an all time high as well as worsening flood effects. Stay alert for updates and obey evacuation orders.
