"I can understand that the individuals who are living in the area are fed up with the noise and commotion. I would not argue against their frustration and struggles. The video above showed the protestors attempting to stop traffic before the turn. This care was attempting to make a point. I can understand if you blindly turn in and end up facing a protest. I can understand how that may become tense. The car legally being there still would not hold up as a defense for running someone over instead of traveling around the protest one block North.
