"Attended two weddings over the weekend and used both the Xiaomi XX Pro Max and the Oppo Find X9 Pro for pics. Oppo in general takes brighter pics than Xiaomi and has slightly more aggressive HDR. Optically Oppo is great at their native focal length but that's about it. Zooming makes the quality fall off much quicker than anticipated making photography very limited. Maybe that's Oppo limited the Portraits to only zoom up to 85mm (3.6x). When comparing both phones Oppo beats the Xiaomi from 70-85mm in bokeh and clarity. And that's pretty much it.
