"No doubt it doesnt have PII as per the sample set they have shared. However it is a list of Telstra subscribers with the address and mobile numbers presumably from 2023. Were they got the data is a good question but it still a list of Telstra customers in an easily consumed file if they release the full set in four days time. Might be worth a thought on further mobile user training on txt phishing etc"
