Migrations are done when they are instantiated though you can call all DOs to instantiate them and run the migrations but that shouldn't really be needed. Been running this setup for years"

Haven't built much admin tooling around it yet (like an admin dashboard) but each team has members and they can invite people to their orgs assign different roles etc.; so the end-users have what they need at least"

Few weeks ago (maybe a month or two) they made severe improvements to the cold-start times. Previously I'd notice when the DO was 'hibernated' and brought back to life but now not anymore (latency is negligible)"
