"The audited 10k is done filed and accepted. All the issues with $DFCO seem to stem from a customer they had a contract with and claimed revenue that never ended up coming. DFCO is now suing them but had to essentially redo all of their filings starting from when they first claimed said revenue. Getting the audited 10k done was by far the biggest hurdle and since then they've filed their first of X Qs they also fell behind on. We're now waiting on the last X Qs and they should be hitting the wires literally any day now. I've stayed in contact with Bonar though I stopped reaching out to him as"

"#OTCSET is important because historically it's incredibly rare for an OTC to form secular higher highs. They tend to prefer almost exclusively lower highs and lower lows. So when (many) tickers like $SPZI $NBRI $ELRA and $CYBL all made long term higher highs back around 2021 it was not your typical OTC pump and dump. The big picture implications I don't think can be overstated. A 2-3 year correction after those 2021 secular bull signals is the precursor to the confirmation rally we're about to experience. 2021 was pure mania in the OTC but what happens when an army of these tickers blow right"

"$PWDY I believe is repeating the setup from last year begin triggered in March but it's also objectively stronger of a setup. Price action: When the setup triggered in March 2024 it began when the price was stuck underneath it's daily chart moving averages. The short term MAs were below the longer term MAs. They have no historical reference to compare it to so they're assuming it's business as usual. "This is a hot take but in my eyes it's perfectly grounded. I think something positive happens with Frank's SEC litigation or at least with his two main shells $GMPW and $NIHK. Why Because if these shells were cooked they would have plunged below their old low/floor. $GMPW's 2024/25 lows are still markedly higher than the old floor from 2016 - 2018. Most won't make anything of that fact but in my head it's objectively telling us something. One of three outcomes seems likely and won't necessarily have to wait for the 2026 court date. "Long term breakout setups are a process and all we can do is watch wait and take note. $PWDY's ceiling for the entire 2025 calendar year had been .0015 and now it's come back to test it as the new floor. A low volume test or even temporary break of a new meaningful floor is very often a great time to be a buyer. This setup like all the best #OTCSET setups is years in the making. "Low volume correction on $PWDY it's cooled off and there's no significant bid support to keep it up near the highs. Until the OTC really heats up we'll be at the mercy of these sort of swings from decent moves/ decent volume to low volume corrections where the MMs can bully the price with ease. I still stand by my statement dips under .002 are strong buys. There's not much holding us back from breaking .0026 but there's also no volume pushing us atm either. Keep an eye out for volume to return and then we'll get the next leg higher going"
