The pre 2021 lows were sub penny so getting hammered to .03 - .04 was still a long term higher low. Even a double bottom wouldn't technically kill the #otcset pattern. They will chug a lug back and forth and grinding out their paths towards their respective ceilings/trigger points. $ZUKI had some energy behind it in April then ran out of juice then the pps got hit hard.
