"1099 from Fidelity is showing a 44% ROC on $BTCI. Odd because each month of [----] on @NEOSInvestments site shows a ROC of 95% ROC on the 19a-1 Notices. Anyone else see similar https://neosfunds.com/btci/ https://neosfunds.com/btci/"

"I'm doing this same thing but went in a bit bigger. I was a little less rigid in not DRIPing as I dripped during bigger drops. But now I'm done DRIPing after that wild ride. One note I'd love for others to verify: [----] [----] from Fidelity is showing a 44% ROC on $BTCI. Odd because each month of [----] on @NEOSInvestments site shows a ROC of 95% ROC on the 19a-1 Notices. This was very surprising. https://twitter.com/i/web/status/2021266013380350087 https://twitter.com/i/web/status/2021266013380350087"

"@DilksJay Thanks. I was just going to ask this based on your earlier $SCHD overbought post. Tough to find value things to invest in. Doesn't seem like Tech (QQQ/SCHG) has dipped low enough yet to be a bargain"

"@DecadeInvestor What are your plans as you get closer to retirement (or are in retirement) Sell some and go to dividends or bonds"

"@DividendRob Growth dividend ETFs remind me a lot of my rental properties. I get paid my rent/dividends thru market swings and my underlying investment goes up over time and no selling required"

"@barrettjoneill I would say the same thing for buying residential land in new developments (aka no homes built yet). Our regular due diligence did us dirty. Live learn and do better"

"I love this convo. As I near retirement my plan for stocks is 1/2 in S&P500 and 1/2 in dividend stocks. I don't want to have to sell stocks during a down market. I love dividend stocks because they act like my rental properties: I get income and asset eventually goes up with no need to see even in market is going up and down. For my dividend stocks I'm mainly $SCHD but have really been considering $JEPQ and $SPYI. I'd love to hear form others on this and especially those who are making this work right now for retirement"

"@DividendIncome_ Like rental real estate which is why I love it. Monthy "rent" that goes up over time and underlying asset goes up over time as well. I plan to hold onto my dividend growth stocks forever. $SCHD"

"@UltraRunner26 @DividendBreeder I'm hopeful it will jump in price when interest rates eventually fall again. Too many other options to safely get a yield of [---] to 4% right now. I still like it for the dividend growth for sure. I'm growing it to 1/3 my stock portfolio as I enter retirement"

"@TKopelman I have rollover IRA from an old 401k. I recently talked to my accountant and they said if I opened up a new Traditional IRA I could use that for a back door Roth just fine. Does that seem right to you"

"@DividendEscape I bought $JEPQ today as well. I am a fan because it has been around for [--] years now and good capital appreciation as well but tempted on $QQQI and $GPIQ with the better tax treatment. Love to get your thoughts on it"

"Now that I'm loaded up plenty I'd be OK if this went up a bit. But I still see $SCHD like real estate. Pay me increasing "rent" over time and capital appreciation will come over time. My rentals I bought in [----] aren't growing much either but value is still there along with raising rent. I'm bulling for my purposes in the ETF"

"@kdan1186 @UltraRunner26 Bond proxy with dividend growth. I swapped out all my bonds for $SCHD. That was how I first got in the ETF. Happy thus far"

"@TylerABailey @8bitsteveo Curious as you approach retirement do you envision cash flowing dividends/real-estate or will you stay heavy in growth and sell a % each year (aka 4%+ rule)"

"@ItsCulby @DevotedDividend Thanks for the post. Is there any reason to hold $JEPQ in a taxable account over $QQQI or $GPIQ I'm in the highest tax bracket and retiring in 2-5 years. I've loved $JEPQ but the tax hit is real"

"@SCHDETF I've been looking at this one as well. I like the lower beta and decent performance and yield. Currently I kind of like a 50/50 split of $SCHD / $GPIQ for a 7% combined yield. Curious what you think for sure. Outside of the S&P $SCHD and $GPIQ are my biggest holdings"
