"If you just joined your firm I am assuming you probably have less than a year of work experience. Coming to the UK for your master's is not the issue. Finishing the program and landing a role that will sponsor you to remain in the industry can be pretty challenging. It is still doable but limited work experience may create an issue. My advice will be to gain considerable work experience first: 2-4years Get a skilled worker visa from home. If you must do your master's program for a higher earning potential I would not recommend the UK. US maybe"
