"Unfortunately we're in a situation were consequences are disproportionate to the actions taken. Enemy territory if you will (politically at least). It's entirely prudent for a person to safeguard their anonymity when they have dependants reliant on them. I wouldn't consider that justification to dismiss a persons view or make a claim to their conviction"
