"That's kinda my point I don't think we can have someone who has total control over every aspect - no club does that and it would be total desperation to acquiesce to that. We've already seen how badly that can go wrong under Beale - there needs to be structure and process and guardrails and accountabiity. And whoever the manager is need to fit in and make that work"
