"RE $UNTC rig sales: So if the CEO wants a big payday since his company is a majority owner himself and decides to payout the full $120 mil from the rig sale then thats a $12.12/ share special dividend or about 40%. However the stock would drop substantially after that because that would mean they are not reinvesting anything and just liquidating so their earnings power would drop a lot and the future dividends after that payout would be cut. So end of year could be a $12.12+$1.25=$13.37. A $13.37 dividend would be around 43.1%. My guess is they pay half and keep half to reinvest in drilling"
