"This $GAP flow that hit the @unusual_whales feed back on 12/4 looks like it has three possible outcomes for tomorrow's open interest update after these contracts moved from .24 to a high of .40 for a XXXXX% move. We saw lots of small volume spikes throughout the day on Friday. The open interest update on Monday will be crucial with over 24000 contracts traded on Friday. I have three possible scenarios I see with this flow. X. Open interest will drop to 14000 or so. A lot of recent negative daily gamma but a nice big spike of positive gamma on Friday. Not seeing too much interesting for opening contracts. "$LUV Not seeing much put activity on the net premiums more so looks like theyre selling their puts. Friday had the largest call volume out of the last XX sessions. X large spikes in net call premium back on 11/25 (price rose following that) and then again on Friday. Looking at contracts the 12/12 39c IV drops on those; this is only 15k in premium anyways so I wouldn't lean that this is a large whale. Nothing really to see on the 12/12 XX either. Comes in as a block trade with a horrendous spread"

"Revisiting the @unusual_whales $GAP open interest change. We have a very minimal shift. We can see XXX contracts fell off of open interest. We can assume the large original whale that opened contracts sized out slowly on 12/5 at both the bid and the ask during the larger spikes in volume. Again another lesson showing that not all ask side flow is a buy. How do we know the whale likely sold their contracts We had 24095 contracts traded on 12/5. This just means that many contracts exchanged hands throughout the day and in this example it looks like the whale sold some at the ask and at the bid."
